In Kites, inviting team members or collaborators to your workspace is a simple process.
- Access Your Workspace: First, navigate to the specific workspace you want to share. Just click on its name to enter.
- Share the Workspace: Next, locate the "+ Share" button beside the workspace name and give it a click.
- Adding Workspace Members: A slider called "Workspace members" will appear. Here's where you can add collaborators.
- Choose Registered Members: If the member you want to invite is already registered, select their name from the dropdown list.
- Invite a New Member: If they aren't registered yet, don't worry! You can register and invite them right here. Click "+ Register new member," then click "+ Invite user."
- Enter the User's Email: In the dialog that pops up, enter the user's email address. We'll take care of the rest!
- Confirmation Email: We'll send them an email with the subject "Invitation to edit Kites!" Inside the email, they'll find an "Open Kites" button. Just one click, and they'll have access to your workspace.
