We reserve the right to request payment of the fee, either in part or in full, for the Services. You agree to pay the applicable fees, as detailed on the Site or in the provided quote, in connection with the Services you have requested. We also reserve the right to change the price, as well as to establish new charges, by notifying you in advance (either on the Site and/or by email).By continuing to use or access the Services after an update or modification of the fees has been made, you expressly accept those new fees.No refunds are made for any fees paid as indicated in this document.Without prejudice to the legally established requirements, failure to pay any fees may result in the suspension or closure of your Account, as defined in the Terms and Conditions of Service, and may also result in the loss of data derived from your use of the Services.
The prices for the Services include VAT and any other applicable taxes. VAT is the value-added tax that must be applied to the Services offered in the European Union (EU). If you are in Spanish territory, VAT must be paid in any case. If there is a change in this tax, it is the responsibility of the service contract holder. If you are in other territories of the EU and have a VAT number issued by a member state of the European Union, you must use that VAT number when making a payment and, as a result, you may be exempt from paying VAT.
Payment for the Services can be made by bank transfer, direct debit, credit card, or debit card. Payments by card are processed by a third party certified in accordance with PCI level 1 requirements. Therefore, we have no access to any payment information and do not store such information.You must promptly update the payment information you have provided to ensure that it is accurate and up to date. If we are unable to process a payment because you have breached your obligation as established here, access to and use of the Services may be suspended or terminated. The Services are billed in advance, on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the term for which you have contracted them. You expressly authorize us to issue invoices electronically and send them to the email address you provided when creating your Account.Fees are non-refundable. We will not refund any amount or offer any credit in the event that a contract is canceled before its termination date.
If you have purchased a paid plan, you may choose to enable the automatic upgrade of your plan to the next higher plan. This option is located in the menu, and if activated, you expressly authorize us to charge the difference between your initial plan and the higher plan, with this amount prorated based on the remaining days of the subscription. The payment plan you switch to will renew automatically, as described in the Terms and Conditions of Service."
